REMINDER: Please note that our shipping services operate EXCLUSIVELY from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next available business day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
How long does it take for an order to arrive once it is shipped? For shipments within the United States, please allow a delivery time of 2 to 7 business days. Please note that product availability may affect the processing and shipping time of your order.
For international shipments, delivery time may vary and may take at least 2 to 4 weeks. Additionally, custom orders may require an additional delivery time of 1 to 4 months.
We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the different shipping durations based on the destination and nature of the order.
Extended Delays On some occasions, the delivery time may be longer than stated in our policy. If that is the case, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help you resolve any situation that is within our control.
Will I receive a tracking number for my package? Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we can ship your order. Additional delays that are beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections, may sometimes occur. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
To which locations do you ship? Currently, we can ship orders to any part of the world. Customers are responsible for any international tax or tariff that may apply at the time of delivery. Please check with your local government agency for these costs.
What should I do if my order is lost during transport? Send us an email at info@botaexotica.com if your order has not been delivered within 7 days or more after the estimated delivery date provided.
